Vanessa is a Brazilian designer and art director with a background in fashion, architecture, and visual arts. Her creations, crafted with mixed media including collages and illustrations, reflect her belief that designs, like individuals, are inherently unique.

Lauren is flexible as she is interested; from brand building, to styling, to trunk show production, market, and PR –– she is another pocket knife in the a+ arsenal of talent, focusing on everything experiential. A Texas native who once called DC and NY home has freshly arrived in LA and is excited to help build By Madre, as well as discover what the city has to offer.

Eva is a Swiss multi-disciplinary graphic designer, living & working in Berlin. She aspires to create visual systems that are contemporary, enduring, & impactful. During her free time, she is likely found browsing a vintage store or hunting in bookstores for independent magazines.

Theodore is a stylist, creative director and production consultant based between London, Athens and Madre land.

Pavlina is an Art Director triple Virgo from Greece, living in Berlin. She loves when design doesn’t take itself too seriously, but is at the same time, iconic.

Sergio is a senior UX/UI web designer and web developer based in Barcelona. Over the past few years, he has led web design and development projects for multiple startups, which combined, have raised more than $400M in funding.

Berlin based Danika is very design-y for an Art Director and very illustrative for a Designer. She loves work that feels fun but deep down is trying to tell you something.

Dennis is a Cologne based graphic, motion & 3D artist. He focuses his work on the combination of typography and abstract, mostly algorithm-based generative form designs in three-dimensional space.
